My Profile Please allow me a moment to introduce myself to you. My name is Bill Riddle and I have been in the real estate business since 1979. For many years, I relied on the recommendations of my satisfied clients to bring new business to me. Because my business is growing, I now publish this site with its online real estate news and home advice. I believe in the power of the Internet as a way to simplify and enhance the buying and selling of real estate. My numerous websites have been on the Internet since 1999. Please consider this site a resource for you about what is happening locally with real estate, schools and community issues. I hope that you will also come to consider me a trusted partner whether buying, selling or just as an interested onlooker.
Currently, while I am glad to assist both buyers and sellers regardless of their needs, my specialty is fine homes in the Odessa-Lutz area. My real estate experience ranges from traditional brokerage of single family homes to selling and managing a $20 million national residential and commercial portfolio. While working for Berkeley Federal Bank & Trust, I was recognized as the top real estate sales manager in the company, meeting or exceeding performance goals in every quarter. I have developed and managed residential and commercial property throughout New England. My company, One-Two-Three Properties, lead the way in the revitalization of a large part of Brockton, Massachusetts through the acquisition, rehabilitation and sale of multifamily properties. I have determined value for everything from condos to hotels and shopping centers. I live in Odessa and am also the broker-owner of Greater Boston Realty.
I am a 12-year resident of Florida and received my first broker's license in 1982. I handle the sales of land, residential, waterfront and commercial properties. Besides access to the Multiple Listing Service, I am able to offer streamlined mortgage approvals and title services through Prudential Tropical Realty and its affiliates. I also subscribe to the code of ethics required to be designated a REALTOR®. After graduating from Boston University, I earned a M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. I have written Home Selling Secrets and Nantucket's Affordable Housing Problem.
I have a wife, fifteen-year-old daughter, a dog and three cats. I enjoy cycling and have ridden in charity rides such as the Pan-Mass Challenge and the MS 150, raising over $50,000 for cancer and multiple sclerosis research. I am also co-founder of Cure On Wheels (www.cureonwheels.org) a 501 (c)3 non-profit corporation to benefit Moffitt Cancer Center. The first year's ride has raised over $55,000 for cancer research.
